New models referred by previous clients receive 25% off of their first photo session. In addition, the referring client will receieve $10 for each sucessfully booked and completed shoot.
Modeling for Stock Photography
As mentioned on the
Stock page, designers often employ the services of online stock agencies to find images for integration into websites, magazine ads, brochures, billboards, and other marketing materials. Many pictures they are looking for include:
- Smiling faces
- People interacting
- People using technology
- People engaging in sports
- People on vacation
Of course, these subjects are already well covered. It is up to today's models and photographers to think up new, creative ideas for stock photos that designers will desire.
Contact me if you would like to set up a meeting to discuss making stock. In trade for your time and a model release, you will receive:
- A DVD of photos from the shoot with a limited license. (You may use them for your portfolio, make prints, etc. - you may NOT submit them to Stock Agencies.)
- Profit sharing - once an uploaded photo accrues $25 in profit on any particular stock website, you will receive 50% of all further proceeds on that image. Checks are mailed at the close of each month on accounts that have accrued a minimum balance of $50. Lesser balances will be carried over until the total reaches or exceeds $50.
